DineChime Privacy Policy

DineChime provides restaurant waitlist and reservation management services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about restaurant guests when you use our waitlist kiosk, online reservation page, or AI phone agent.
1. Information We Collect
When you join a waitlist or make a reservation, we collect your name, phone number, party size, seating preference, and any special requests or notes you provide.
When you call a restaurant using our AI phone agent, we collect your phone number and a text transcript of the conversation (both your words and the AI's responses).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to manage your place in the waitlist or reservation queue, send you SMS notifications (confirmations, position updates, table-ready alerts, and reservation reminders), and provide AI-assisted phone service.
3. SMS Notifications
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages about your waitlist status or reservation. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message.
4. Data Retention
Waitlist entries and reservation records are retained as long as necessary to provide the service. Call transcripts and caller phone numbers are automatically deleted after 90 days.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share your information only with vendors who help us deliver our service:
